Ordering & Payment
Crave Interiors offers the following ordering and payment methods:
Credit Card - You can order and pay online through our secure shopping facility 7 days a week. (Mastercard/Visa)
PayPal - Order through our store and select Paypal at checkout.
Bank Deposit - Select Bank Deposit at checkout and our bank details will be made available.
Lay Buy - 20% non-refundable deposit required, Lay buy to be completed within 3 months. Select Lay buy at checkout and we will email you back.
Phone - We are happy for you to place orders over the phone just give us a call between 9am - 5pm on (+61) 0408856885.
Email - Send us an email at info@craveinteriors.com.au outlining your order and we will be back in touch within a few hours.
Due to the quantity of wallpapers that Crave Interiors has available it would be impossible for us to stock them all. By ordering from our Suppliers direct, we are ensuring that your whole order is from the same colour batch as there are often slight colour variations between batches.
Please refer to the product description for delivery times, these are approximate and often arrive sooner. However, on the very rare occasion they may take a little longer, if they do, we will notify you as soon as we are aware.
Your order will be delivered by Australia Post or Couriers Please.
International Deliveries
We currently offer overseas delivery to the United States, Canada and New Zealand. However, if you would like delivery to another country just send us an email and we can quote on postage.
Packaging
Crave Interiors is dedicated to limiting the use of excess packaging materials when shipping products to our customers. Where possible, we reuse boxes and packing supplies that have been sent to us. This helps cut the amount of materials that would otherwise find its way into landfill plus helps reduce shipping costs to our Customers. Thank you for your understanding.
Crave Interiors nor its suppliers, will not accept responsibility for labour costs, colour changes (hot spots), or discoloration due to additional paste, improper wall preparations or incorrect hanging. Crave Interiors will not accept any returns after 30 days from delivery.
